Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
At DealKicK.shop, we want customers to feel confident about every order. Physical planners may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, while digital products follow separate conditions because access is provided immediately after purchase.

When a Return May Be Accepted
A return may be eligible when the item is sent back in its original, unused condition, includes any original tags if applicable, and is returned with its packaging still intact. A valid proof of purchase or receipt is also required to review the request.

How to Request a Return
To begin the process, please contact our team at contact@DealKicK.shop before sending anything back. If your request is approved, we will provide the next steps, including return instructions and, for physical items when applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective item, a damaged product, or an order that does not match what you purchased, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and help with a solution.

Items That Are Not Returnable
Certain products are not eligible for return. This includes all digital downloads such as planners, templates, PDFs, and spreadsheets, as well as personalized or custom-made items, personal care goods, hazardous or flammable materials, discounted or sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges
If you would like a different size or style for an eligible physical item, the original item should first go through the return approval process. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item you prefer.

Refund Review and Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the posting process.
